Hervey Bay - 2 bed Villa with bbq, pool & breakfast

Clean & comfy 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 5) with large deck in managed complex + swimming pool & just across the road from the beach. Very quiet & private with room for kids to play safely outside.
Pet loving, however you must advise us & provide your own bed linen. The small backyard is sufficiently fenced for a medium sized dog.
Breakfast includes cereals; jars of fruit, freshly made bread with a range of spreads, bacon and eggs, baked beans, teas & coffees + milk, sugar & sweeteners.

The space
A short stroll to the Boat Club, marina, pier, restaurants and the famous fresh seafood outlet.
The lounge has four recliner chairs, a 40" television with Foxtel connected and Netflix compatibility.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size wardrobe and a 32" tv plus a desk with ceiling and wall fans.
Second bedroom has double bed plus a single loft bed with ceiling and wall fans. There is also a small table & 2 cushioned stools, bed side table with drawers & hanging space plus a small tv for the kids. Please note - the top bunk may only be used by persons over the age of 6 and weighing 60kg and under.
Dining is for four inside (extra seat available on request) or for six outside. BBQ on the privacy of your deck or beside the pool enjoying a dip between courses.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner stove, electric oven, microwave, bread maker and full size fridge. All pots, plates and cutlery are included. Plus there's a range of herbs & spices as well as olive oil.
The laundry has a washing machine with washing detergent & stain remover included. There is an iron & ironing board.
The bathroom & toilet are separate and there is both a shower and a bath for the little ones.
The front deck has a dining table and seating for six and is an absolutely delightful place for meals with family & guests or a glass of wine / cold beer at sunset.

Guest access
The guests have exclusive access to the villa though should be aware that it is in a very small resort complex so other persons may be around outside on the common property. We, and others, occasionally access the garage beside to the villa but do not disturb the guests.

Other things to note
You cannot leave your pet unattended if it gets distressed & disturbs other resort guests HOWEVER we offer a free pet loving sitting service if you can let us know in advance.
