Blackwood Forest Recreation Park

Dogs are welcome at national parks too! Blackwood Forest Recreation Park is located in the southern part of Adelaide and is the only dog-friendly national park in South Australia! Dogs can be off-leash here! Although not very large, the park combines plains, forests, and small hills, with a creek during the rainy season, making it especially suitable for dogs to explore.
The walking trail is approximately 2-3 km, with a simple route suitable for people of all ages. In the evening, many people go there to walk their kids and dogs, take photos, and it's very picturesque! Highly recommended!
