Simpson Park

Starting to realise that there are some dog-friendly parks near my home, as we've started fostering dogs. These two parks are located in Mitcham, Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Here are some thoughts:

Simpson Park offers a spacious open area near the woods, perfect for dogs to play fetch and run around to burn energy. They provide doggie bags and water for the dogs. Please note that after recent rain, it can get muddy and may require cleaning their paws.

Somers Trail Dog area is nestled within the woods and has many trails, along with children's play facilities. The trails are quite extensive, connecting to various small parks, and the overall scenery is beautiful. Doggie bags and water are also available for off-leash dogs.
